While you design

Your design, menu link and uploaded logo are saved in local storage on this browser so you can return to them. You can remove them through your browser’s site-data settings. They are sent to our order service when you choose to save your order. Your menu QR encodes the link you provide; we do not host that menu.

When you save an order

We store your sign-in identifier, email, contact name, delivery address, design and logo, payment reference and status, proof versions, approvals and supplier handoff records. We use these to process your request, prepare artwork, coordinate printing, support you and prevent duplicate fulfillment. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Who processes the information

NanoCorp provides sign-in, payments and business services; Stripe processes card payments; Vercel hosts this website; Neon stores order records. The owner receives an email notification with a secure order link. If your order proceeds, necessary delivery and artwork information is shared with Tradeprint for printing and shipping. Provider services may process data outside the UK.

Storage and your choices

We keep order records while needed to fulfill and support your order and meet applicable accounting or dispute requirements. Unpaid drafts can be deleted on request. Signing in uses essential session cookies. Contact us to ask about the data associated with your account.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, NanoCorp uses PostHog software to measure public-page visits, referral sources, browser sessions, clicks, site performance and errors. We also record named customiser actions such as opening the review step or successfully saving an order. Those action events do not include your design, logo, menu link, contact details or delivery address. We exclude the customiser from automatic click capture and do not load analytics on private order, checkout or owner pages. Session recording is disabled.

With analytics allowed, we also measure whether a visit from our Meta campaign link reaches the customiser, starts a design, reaches review or delivery, signs in and saves an order. A campaign marker and the steps reached stay in this tab for up to 24 hours, including a sign-in return. If you save an order during that time, we attach that campaign source and visit time to your order record so we can understand whether campaign visits lead to paid orders. We do not send order identifiers or payment details to the analytics service. Campaign links can be shared, so this does not identify a particular ad click.

Analytics uses cookies and browser storage to recognise visits. You can decline and still use the site, or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” below. We remember your choice in this browser. These measurements cover consenting visitors and are not a complete count of visitors or verified purchases. Declining clears the campaign marker in this tab and stops future analytics collection; it does not remove source information already saved with an order. Contact us to request removal of that information.
